Who picks the pieces on this site?
Our design team. Every rug, lamp, pillow, and piece of furniture is chosen by people who put rooms together for a living — nothing is filled in by an algorithm.

Where do your products come from?
Our decor and house collection are produced in the same artisan workrooms behind many of the top names in design — hand-knotted rugs from India, glazed ceramics, top-grain leathers. We also represent premium comfort lines including Stressless, American Leather, and Fjords, configured with you by consultation.

What does the design consultation cost?
Nothing. It's complimentary and there's no obligation — book one here.

How does white-glove delivery work?
For furniture, our delivery partners schedule a window with you, bring the piece into the room of your choice, place it, unpack it, and take the packaging away.

Can I order a custom-size rug?
Yes — most of our handmade rugs are available in custom sizes. Contact us with the design and dimensions and we'll quote it.

What if my piece arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace, repair, or refund at no cost. See Returns & Warranty.

Do you work with designers and the trade?
