Decor returns
If a decor piece isn't right in your room, return it within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging for a full refund of the merchandise price. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Furniture
Furniture is inspected with you at white-glove delivery — please note any concerns on the delivery receipt. Because many pieces are prepared to order, furniture returns are handled case by case within 7 days of delivery and may carry a restocking fee. Custom-configured and custom-size pieces are not returnable.
Damage & defects
If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right — replacement, repair, or refund, at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties apply to all furniture lines we represent.
