Decor

Rugs, lighting, pillows, wall decor, and objects ship directly to your door anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders over $150 ship free; orders under $150 ship at a flat $12. Most decor orders leave our partners' workrooms within 2 to 5 business days and arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

A small number of handmade pillow and pouf combinations are made to order and can add a week or two — if yours is one of them, we'll email you with the timeline right after you order.

When it arrives

Open it while the box is still in the room and keep the packaging until you're sure. If anything looks wrong, photos of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours make the fix fast and free — details on Returns & Warranty.

Furniture

Furniture and oversized pieces are delivered white glove: scheduled in advance, carried into the room of your choice, placed, unpacked, and packaging removed. White-glove delivery timelines vary by piece and destination. Your order confirmation will include an estimated window, and our team will contact you to schedule.

Made-to-order and custom sizes

Custom-size rugs and made-to-order pieces have longer lead times, quoted at the time of order. Once production is confirmed they can't be cancelled or returned — which is why every custom rug conversation starts with a free sample in your hands.
