Shipping policy

Two kinds of delivery, depending on what you order.

Decor

Rugs, lighting, pillows, mirrors, bedding, and objects ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders over $150 ship free; orders under $150 ship for a $12 flat rate. Most decor leaves our partners' warehouses within 2–4 business days and arrives within 5–10 business days, with tracking emailed the moment it ships.

Furniture

Furniture is delivered white-glove: our delivery partners call to schedule a window, bring the piece into the room of your choice, place it, unpack it, and remove all packaging. Delivery timing and cost are confirmed with you by phone before your order is finalized — configured pieces from our comfort lines typically run several weeks in production, and we'll give you an honest date, not an optimistic one.
