Machine woven means it shrugs off real life: kids, pets, sandy feet. Our sizing rule: front legs of the seating on the rug. When in doubt, go one size up.

Delivery and returns
Furniture arrives white glove. We schedule a window, bring the piece in, set it in the room, unpack it, and take every box with us. Decor, lighting, and rugs ship free and insured on orders over $150, usually inside a week.

Care
Vacuum without the beater bar and rotate the rug once or twice a year. Blot spills right away with a dry white cloth. A professional clean every few years keeps hand-knotted wool going for decades.
